“Great little place with stores and restaurants in walking distance, and a short drive to downtown Dallas. The place was very clean and cute, and we appreciated that it was stocked with toiletries and coffee pods for the Keurig. There’s plenty of appliances (including coffee pot and French Press), and plenty of places to sleep for everyone. A life saver having a washer and dryer (you may need to bring your own detergent). We had a smoke alarm chirping when we arrived due to a low battery, but...

“Place was great and clean only issue was pool was not open to use when told it was and also says refund of deposit as soon as you check out in full guy at desk told me 3 to 5 days to refund besides that good stay”

“We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay.”

“First of all the listing is very deceiving the place is nothing like what they show. The room smell so much like marijuana and even after telling maintenance the room still smell and I have a 2 year old. I probably even think the maintenance people were also smoking marijuana. The room is outdated. Also they overcharged me and didn’t want to refund me at all. Be careful with this place.”
