“Overall the location was great. There’s no way we would have been comfortable staying inside longer than 3 hours besides sleeping. There was no room in each room for our bags, we had to leave them in the kitchen. I couldn’t even get to the other side of the bed being 20 weeks pregnant. Although my teenage son had the same problem, it was like sleeping in a closet. The view was pretty but that’s about it. The outlets need to be changed, nothing stayed in the outlet without falling out or working....

“*The property was much smaller in person than it appeared online. *There was a spider infestation in the basement, which minimized our usage of that bathroom. *The doors that lead to the balcony, in the living room area did not lock which was a security issue for us. *The windows, cabinets and headboards on the beds were not clean. *The entrance in and out of our rental property was not easy to access. We were locked out of our facility on (10/22/2022) for almost two hours. The multiple codes...

“The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience.”

“I took my Aunts (age 70+) on tours of Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob but we needed a local spot to stay the night and this condo was perfect for the 3 of us! It was beautifully updated, impeccably clean, and we had all the conveniences of being at 7Springs (mainly dining!). Will definitely be back again.”

“The location of the accommodation is superb. 2 min away from ski resort, and 4 min away from a mart. The place is well-organized and decorated. Amenity for kids was another big plus. i.e. Genga, lego, sink toy, etc. Kitchin is also very well equipped. electric stove, coffee brewer, many dishes, pots, and frying pans. the kitchen is practical. One minor downside is that the kitchen knife is too dull to the point that it is not usable for cutting meat. ”

“We spent the weekend at Scott's property as a group of 4 adult couples for a ski trip at Seven Springs. Check in was seamless and we liked that we were able to create our own custom code for the door upon arriving. The house had plenty of space for us to hang out and relax in. The hot tub was a plus after a day of skiing! All 4 of the bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. Even the couple who stayed in the bunk bed room said the lower mattress was comfortable! Having 3 full bathrooms...

“This was our second time staying in this property. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Ample beds and space for our teenagers and college student, and incredible ski in/ski out ability. Ron was communicative and helpful with our questions and a great host!”

“We had an excellent stay for the long weekend - clean, stocked with the essentials. Convenient location in Mt Villas with shuttle stop #1 essentially at our front door! We would definitely stay here next time we come snowboarding at 7 Springs!”

“Was not expecting the property to be among a bunch of trailers and shanties, plus it was a bit more rustic than the beautiful pictures show BUT, this rental company is AMAZING and I would without a doubt rent with them again. The power went out (tree fell somewhere) on our second day and they really were not sure what time it was to be back on. The property management simply found us another rental that was not in use and instantly upgraded us to an amazing property. They could have had us wait...

“I had a peaceful retreat weekend at Spring House. The cabin was just as pictured on Vrbo. The picture windows in the dining room have clear views of the woods and the stream. I walked onto the deck to listen to the stream and look up at the trees, even though it was chilly outside. The cabin inside was warm and cozy. I would definitely stay in the cabin again in the future when I need quiet time away. It is also a short drive to Fallingwater, and I enjoyed a guided tour of the UNESCO world...
