Tiny House - Vista Retreat

Welcome to our cozy and charming tiny home located in Farmington, New Mexico! Perfectly situated in the heart of the Four Corners region, our tiny house offers a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring all that the area has to offer. Vista Retreat is one of our tiny homes at The Little Park, a backyard vacation rental & RV park.
Vista Retreat is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a unique and affordable alternative to traditional accommodations. The space includes a comfortable queen-size bed, a kitchenette, a cozy sitting area, and a private bathroom with a shower.
The tiny home is situated on our beautiful, secure property. Guests will have access to a private entrance and parking, as well as a small patio area perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening sunset.
We offer discounts for weekly & monthly stays. Please reach out for a quote!

Kitchen height & bathroom height:75 inches
Shower standing height: 74 inches


Bedroom & Loft areas are sloped with maximum height: 48 inches

The last step up to the bedroom is a deep 23 inches. It is advised to sit when navigating this step.

Vista Retreat is located less than a mile to McGee Park & San Juan County Fairgrounds. Loud outside events can be heard during your stay. Complimentary earplugs are provided.

Our tiny home is located just a short drive from a range of local attractions, including hiking trails, scenic drives, and cultural sites such as the Aztec Ruins National Monument and the Chaco Culture National Historical Park.

Above what we expected

It was the first time we stayed in a tiny home, and we didn’t know what to expect. It was beyond our expectations! It’s small, but we didn’t feel claustrophobic or in each other’s way at all. It was so much better than an impersonal hotel room. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!

I was very happy to find this hotel/motel alternative located about halfway between Farmington and Bloomfield. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped for a few days' stay. Autumn is a very responsive, gracious and accommodating host. A good intro to the tiny house experience.
