“The grounds are stunning as you approach the hotel. Lots of parking which is always a plus. Reception staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately I booked this hotel to enjoy the spa facilities. I booked the day of the stay. When booking in, there were notices to advise the spa facilities were out of service. Extremely disappointed. If I had known this prior or been notified I would have changed my plans. The room it self was very nice, bed was comfortable.”

“Met with a friendly welcome and shown to our room. Whilst we had our own bathroom it was down the corridor from our room. Not a problem at all but unexpected. Food served in the pub is excellent and has a nice beer garden. The pub was very busy when we arrived and had to park a bit down the road but I moved the car into the main car park later in the day. Continental breakfast is available and just help yourself, this suited us. Nice pub and room. Would recommend.”

“Siamo arrivati alla sera. Abbiamo sbagliato ad impostare il tom tom .abbiamo messo un paese vicino ma perche era scritto così nell'indirizzo. Un disastro. Però un signore in macchina vi ha accompagnati all'albergo! Tutto il bene di questo mondo a questo signore. Poi il colmo erano le ore 20 e loro non davano più la cena. Insomma siamo andati a letto on un tè e biscotti. Comunque poi alla fin tutto bene. Albergo un po lontano da Stansted.”
