“Hotel did not want to use app based taxi. I booked one taxi they did not allow to enter the property our luggage .I booked a taxi for much cheaper than hotel quotes price. Two drivers told me hotel wants to use their authorized taxis. Lift stuck for 15 minutes and had to take stairs. Electric power was off more often. Buffet had very limited food choices. We will never again stay at this hotel.”

“I stayed here one night with my family. The day we arrived we got lost on the way and when we tried to call the resort no one picked up for a long time.
