“スタッフの方のご対応やサービスでご提供いただける朝食は大満足でしたし、貸切露天風呂も大満足。海岸砂浜まで徒歩3分ほどですので朝の散歩や白浜神社参拝も良かったです。 近隣にお食事どころは確かに少ないですが、徒歩圏内にコンビニが有るので不便さは感じませんでした。 一点気になったところは、一階のお部屋だった理由か、お部屋に入って直ぐはユニットバス付近から少々カビの様なニオイを感じてしまいましたが、過ごしている内に気にならなくなりました。 色々と書き込みましたが、また利用したいと思っています！ ありがとうございました♪”

“チェックイン30分前に到着しましたが、スタッフの方に直ぐに対応していただきました。部屋は、源泉掛流し内風呂と源泉足湯テラスつきの部屋に宿泊しました。庭もきれいで、今年は幸いにも河津桜の開花が遅れており、ちょうど満開の時期に宿泊できました。 男性大浴湯は、内風呂と２つの露天風呂があり、それぞれお湯の温度が変えてあり、湯守の方の配慮だと感じました。貸切り露天風呂では、川のせせらぎも聞こえてのんびりできました。 食事は食堂個室で、おいしくいただき満足しました。料理のメインにはステーキを選択しました。ドリンクメニューで地酒飲み比べセットがありましたが、地酒で大吟醸飲み比べセットがあれば尚良かったです。 部屋の寝室ベッドはゆったりくつろげました。廊下に置かれている３種類のアロマエキスを利用できました。 お庭の散策時、一番奥の川沿いには、ホテルにより建立された温泉神社があり、温泉に対する真摯な配慮を感じました。 スタッフの方は皆様明るく丁寧に対応いただき、サービスにも満足しました。”
