Hotel vicino a Faro Farol da Ponta da Ferraria - Ponta Delgada

“All excellent !”

“Everything was easy to find. Opening the doors with the code worked great as well as the gate. There was lots of room for parking. The breakfast was lovely and the coffee was brewed in a pot just like at home and in a nice big mug.”

“Great buffet and a few minutes to the city or central to the highways. A stunning place!”

“Fantastica struttura lussuosa: camere grandi e super confortevoli, colazioni buonissime, piscina e jacuzzi, parcheggio interno, ottimo wifi, il tutto in un bellissimo giardino botanico. Voto 10!”

“The stay itself was perfect! Such a beautiful and clean building and great outdoor area. Breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. Secure parking onsite for a fee. Super convenient and safe. Definitely will be back!”

“An absolutely beautiful place to stay in Ponta Delgada! The property is so nice to arrive to. The location is very convenient with plenty of free parking available nearby. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and there are fantastic amenities throughout the property. We made use of the outdoor, but enclosed jacuzzi every day. Breakfast is included, and the quality of the food was excellent. Most importantly, was the friendly staff. Everyone who worked there was always very cheerful...

“albergo in posizione tranquilla e un po isolata ma a 12 minuti da p.delgrada consiglio auto a noleggio anche per vivere l'isola comunque a 2km le piscine di pocos da vedere e a 15 20 minuti da belle spiagge ribeira, sao roque ,villa franca, nelle vicinanze un supermercato con servizio bar forno, nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene e lo consiglio”

“Fabulous place with spectacular views exceptional breakfast including cooked to order eggs and omelettes. Met and exceeded expectations. Mosteiros is a wonderful and beautiful village that can be walked to from the hotel. Mostly down hill. The return walk is really strenuous. We will drive from now on. :)”

“Da migliorare la colazione”

“The bungalow was clean and very beautiful. However, we had booked it for two adults and our daughter, and the space intended for the third guest was not truly suitable for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the lack of curtains on the front door and window, combined with two very bright emergency exit lights that could not be turned off, made the room far too bright at night. When we arrived, the pool was not safe for swimming, and we had not...

“Camera pulita, personale gentile e parcheggio facilmente accessibile. Da migliorare l’area wellness.”

“Pulita ma mancava il bagno al piano per gli uomini”

“All ok and very clean ,unfortunately in a street unknown to many taxi drivers.”

“Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...
