“We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives...

“This hotel was fantastic. Staff was very polite and helpful. Very convenient being right at the beach. Food was amazing too. One note on something to work on was the cleanliness on the 'way to beach' path. It may not be hotel's property but it would have been great if it could be taken care of too with all other cleanliness and emenities that the property has maintained. ”

“This is a big house; 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Lots of different rooms downstairs, both inside & out. Good useful space for relaxing both inside & outside. Well equipped kitchen although there is a microwave but no oven. Washing machine is locked away so only maid can use which was odd to us as western Europeans. Very handy for walking to beach & off main road so fairly quiet”

“In our booking it was mentioned as non veg buffet for breakfast but it was very disappointing they gave only veg for 5 days we have payed for our buffet breakfast but we were not satisfied at all, property rooms are not safe as the doors were falling very shocking ☹️ ”
