Booked a family room but when we arrived were given a double room with no bed for baby to sleep in so he had to sleep in his pram. Could have paid less and booked the double!!

Lovely hotel but it is dated, my sleep was comfortable. Staff were super helpful, the property is surrounded by lovely green but you do need the car to go to town centre of faversham. I would recommend someone staying here if you just want a good nights sleep without the frills

Had a good two stays one in a garden room and the other in the main hotel. Garden rooms much larger and convenient for car to room but sound from next door rooms could be heard. Main hotel room much smaller but no noise at all. Both had very comfortable beds and well stocked with everything needed. Restaurant food was good and staff attentive and professional. Altogether a good two stays and would use again. Surrounding views lovely.

Shower temp was stuck on extremely hot, barely managed to rinse off the soap, but manager gave us a discount. Generally comfortable, pleasant atmosphere, cheerful staff and good breakfast, we would use it again. Interesting location with nice views.

Hotel in a wonderful location
The hotel is in a great rural location. Lovely suite with old and new decor and had a comfortable night’s sleep. Breakfast was okay

Our stay was comfortable, beds were a little wobbly and decor could be updated a bit. Parking was at a premium when we returned later in the evening. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Overnight stay after the ferry crossing. Old fashioned squeaky but comfortable spring bed and evening meal not brilliant but very impressive breakfast choices.

Lovely hotel
I didn't spend long there as it was an overnight stay for a wedding nearby. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was nice and quiet so I was able to get a good sleep. It was perfect for what I needed. The breakfast was lovely too and the staff members were all very friendly.

Warm reception from all staff and breakfast selection was excellent. Rooms are smart, comfortable and squeaky clean Hotel is undergoing some improvements so building works visible to some but of little impact

The whole place just needed a bit of a spruce up. Shutters on our 'cottage' were hanging off. Loads of cobwebs in the room. Floor didnt look as though it had been vacuumed. Very noisy fridge whuch i unplugged and water tank that woke me at 4am. Thin walls so i heard next door arguing and their TV. Dressing gowns which was great, unfortunately they were damp. Pluses. Bathroom was modern, bed comfortable and a good breakfast with lots of choice.

Last minute booking surprise quality.
Needed a quick cheap booking, very happy with the quality and staff at the hotel, some improvements ongoing but nothing wrong with our accommodation. Booked a meal when we got to the hotel, there was a good selection and the quality was above the pricing level.

Could of been so good
Nice hotel room situated outside of the main building - quite modern and recently refurbished. Unfortunately everything was let down by the awful smell of urine and the very dirty exterior (work is being done but still no excuse) Ok for 1 night but would of had to move if I’d stayed longer .

So bitterly disappointed room was cold heating not on room never heated up. Water in bathroom only luke warm.

Thank you for your comments - The heater has been checked and is working. However we are looking at changing this to a slightly larger one as it will help when the temperature drops to minus 4 outside.The Water was a boiler issue with a blown element in the tank, which happened overnight and you were the first to mention on the morning.You have stayed with us before as you mentioned on check out and had no issues and enjoyed your stay, however I am finding it very difficult to find the reviews you put on saying this??? Thanks again for your comments

Lovely place. Staff are friendly. The room is Clean and cosy. The grounds are natural and lovely to sit and relax. It helped me take a break. I will definitely come back sometime in the future. I would have liked to take bath instead of shower. Otherwise, excellent place and service. we had refrigerator, kettle - cups and tea bags. thank you

I had a call from reception checking we had eaten as the kitchen would probably be closed on our arrival (approx 20:30) which was helpful as a heads up. Breakfast was good. Overall the Hotel was adequate for our overnight stay, all the staff seemed helpful & polite.
