Did not clean the room for 2 days
Did not provided towel or amenities for 2 days
No one at front desk for longest period of time to ask for anything
Very limited breakfast

“Internet was terrible as well as the TV since the internet was bad the TV couldn't catch live channels but had apps on there to watch movies but they was old..was noisy an people steady coming an going..pool was small an crowded. Price was ok, front desk clerk was good. No cold water in the sink so only had hot scorching water. Shower has no water pressure”

“When I arrived at the property, I noticed a group of adults and children gathered outside. I didn’t think much of it and proceeded inside to check in. The front desk clerk was pleasant and got me checked in quickly. During the check-in process, I noticed a lot of foot traffic, with children playing and adults constantly coming in and out of the building. This prompted me to ask about noise levels at night.

“Room was clean and the staff were friendly, courteous and professional in greeting us. My wife did find a bug on her bed and we showed it to the front desk folks and they said this was nothing to worry about as these bugs come out during the summer and it was a hot sunny day that day. We did not stay for breakfast but we did eat dinner at the restaurant on the lobby floor and the meals we had there were great. Good restaurant and I would strongly recommend them as oppose to going out to eat. ...
