Appartamenti Lafayette: quattro moderne case vacanze in un edificio storico.

I loft unici si trovano ai due piani superiori di un edificio in pietra tagliata di 100 anni. L'interno dell'edificio è stato accuratamente rinnovato con nuovi sistemi elettrici, idraulici e di riscaldamento / raffreddamento, ma conserva gran parte del dettaglio architettonico e del fascino originali.

Appartamento n. 3, Quinnimont si trova al terzo piano. Percorrerai due grandi trombe piene di opere d'arte per raggiungere il tuo bellissimo appartamento.

The love and labor Amy and Shawn poured in to renovating this building shows in every aspect from the comfort of the furnishings to the obvious support they have for local artists. They provide thorough information on local restaurants and things to do in the area. We stayed in the Quinnimont. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with a great shower, everything is perfect. Enjoyed walking to the local coffee shops each morning and ending our day of hiking by easily walking to the restaurants. Will stay here again. We

Fall Trip to the Gorge

This was our second stay at LaFayette Flats. The apartment was as clean, comfortable, and beautiful as our last trip. The location is convenient to everything for the gorge. It is walking distance to restaurants, coffee, and shopping. I look forward to coming back in the future.

New River Gorge Jump Point

By far the nicest rental space we have ever stayed in and in the past year we've done Hawaii/West coast/Europe and nothing comes close...you can tell a lot of thought and true caring was involved in the presentation of the space. Amy and Shawn were very responsive to any of our needs...which were few...great location to visit downtown Fayetteville as well as the New River Gorge Attractions....Highly recommended!

Cleanest Short Term Rental & Hotel I've ever stayed in!

The title says it all. I could smell & feel the cleanliness of the bed sheets! Description was exact, the location was perfect and the communication was great! Be very confident when booking this place. We also truly enjoyed the Escape-a-torium just next door! We loved the escape room so much we ended up doing 2 rooms! Had a blast!

Lafayette Flats is an excellent place for a couple to stay. It’s convenient to local tourists sights, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and stocked with high end supplies. We loved the historic old building and easy walks to a couple of unique locally owned breakfasts locations. I would recommend to any couple looking for a relaxing getaway stay. The only negative we found was that dinner locations are limited through the week. Several interesting dinner locations don’t open until Thursday. Everything else was very much to our liking.

Extremely unique property (in a very good way)

Fayetteville likes to claim (for good reason) that it is the coolest small town, and Lafayette Flats has to be the coolest accommodations in Fayetteville. My wife and I agreed that this rental had to be one of the most unique short-term rentals that we every had. The property was immaculately clean, and the unit was well furnished and stocked. But it was the incredible artwork and impeccable taste that the owners displayed that really stood out We would definitely come back if we return to the New River Gorge area.

Perfect change up for a out of town date night

Everything was great! We stayed just one night. Within walking distance to several coffee shops, bars, boutiques and vintage stores. Everything was as described and pictured. They have everything you need, plenty of linens. We took advantage of the board games! The only thing I could say negative is the bed is definitely for people who like a firm mattress. It is made of memory foam but it was a little too firm to our liking. It would also be nice to have a king size bed in there instead. Everything else was perfect! Thank you so much!

Lafayette Flats (Amy & Shawn) was the absolute best. A great place to stay.

Lafayette Flats is a lovely place to stay when in Fayetteville. The communication from the owners (Amy & Shawn) was amazing. Everything from activities to dining to just simply the local culture was provided. As for the Flats, they are perfect. Very clean and everything a person would need...plus more. Highly recommend to stay at Lafayette Flats when in Fayetteville.

The Quinnimont at Lafayette Flats exceeded expectations, it is PERFECT!!

Not sure where to start but if I could rate cleanliness with 10 stars, I would! The bathroom was everything I hoped for, just as pictured, very relaxing vibe and just what you need after an all-day adventure outdoors. Amy and Shawn were very accommodating and I look forward to our next stay!!

Right in the thick of things

Our stay at the Quinnimont Flat at Lafayette Flats in Fayetteville was a treat! We were within walking distance of several restaurants (Cathedral Cafe, Pies and Pints, the Stache for ice cream) and had a nice kitchen to heat up the leftovers. It was a short drive to the New River Gorge Visitor Center, the bridge, and Ace Adventures where we booked our whitewater rafting trip. All kinds of little touches and comfy furniture and bed.

Great Weekend Getaway

The Lafayette Flats is a great place to stay. This is our 3rd trip to the New River Gorge to spend a weekend hiking and enjoying the small town atmosphere of Fayetteville. We have stayed in the Nuttal, Corten and now the Quinnimont flat. Looking forward to a return trip next year to stay in the Eddy.

Amazing!

It was clear the owners put a lot of thought and care into creating a beautiful space for their guests. Amy checked in with us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. Owners provided us with helpful resources before and during our stay including a restaurant guide and places to visit. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to NRG!
