“Started off a little shaky! No one at the front desk and the phone was ringing off the wall, however the daughter of the front staff was there and contacted her Mom who arrived quickly. She sincerely apologized for the delay. We checked in and moved on with our stay. Our room was clean and plenty of towels and washcloths but no bath soap! The pool appeared clean and well maintained. “Second time staying at this property and the first time was ok . This time the room smelled musty . Just didn’t have a good feel to it . ”

“Clean Towel had wad of black hair inside when opened to use after shower. I’m bald and my wife is a blonde, not ours. Second towel was stained with black marks, but appeared otherwise clean. Traded them in for cleanish towels after realizing they were not fully clean. Floor was so dirty that both my wife and I took a wash cloth to wipe off our feet after shower so as to avoid black marks when we got in bed.
