“The little interaction I had with anyone was pleasant and friendly. No issues whatsoever. My only negative is that you have to ask for service while you are there. I booked for a week and extended for another week and the only time anyone came in to refresh towels and take the trash was when I called and requested it. I feel like longer staying customers should still at least have towels and trash done every few days. ”

“Staff was very friendly and the location is close to a lot. Very clean. Bed was comfy enough but wish it was a little better. And breakfast was ok but it was free breakfast so it was a plus. Overall a great property ”

“Melba at check in was amazing.. She had patience with me after finding out about the incidental deposit that was not shown on the 3rd party website!! After a long day driving I had to pay it as the room was paid for and it was late. But again Melba understood my frustrations and calmed me down and that’s how service should be ”

"A very cosy and modern furnished room, with a nice entrance corridor, a comfy bed and design bathroom. I felt like I had my own small and cosy flat. "Hotel molto bello nel cuore di Philadelphia. Camere spaziose, pulite e molto belle. Letti comodi e bagno grande! Posizione top per raggiungere a piedi i punti nevralgici della città! Buona anche la colazione nella reception dove c'è un bar/chiosco che fa cappuccini cornetti ecc...e si può prendere la colazione per 10$ circa! Altrimenti optare per il caratteristico mercato amish proprio di fronte l'hotel! "
