“This is a tastefully decorated and updated townhouse in a quaint borough. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). “We enjoyed our stay. Place is clean and modern. The staff were great. The microwave went out and they were helpful offering a new room. I passed on the offer since we were exhausted from our travels. The next day another staff member let me know they were replacing the microwave. Amazing service! ”
