Hotel in zona Featherock, Valrico

“The staff especially Jennifer was very very helpful. The key stopped working every time we went to our room and had to go back to the desk. Apparently Hilton put a new system in. We met other guests that had the same issue. Then, when we checked out we went to the parking garage to get our car the gate wont open. We had to call customer service twice to get the gate open.”

“This is a great Marriott connected to the Tampa airport. It couldn’t be more convenient for a stay at or around the airport. Didn’t stay long enough to try out the amenities but the bed was comfy and the shower was nice. Can’t beat the convenience!! Staff was friendly too!!”

“Very short-staffed team trying to handle everything instead of hiring more people. The gap between the door and the floor is too large, allowing light and noise from the hallway to come into the room all night. The cleaning was excellent, but we found the coffee maker very dirty from the previous guest.”

“Hotel is basic but fine. Has a helpful shuttle to restaurateurs and airport. Minor point is the sliding door to the bathroom is such you can see into the bathroom. A minor change to move the lock along would stop an awkward moment lol would use again!”

“Location was convenient for cruise terminal, staff was amazing on checkin and for cruise transport. Pool was overrun by children for the only night we were there or we would have used the hot tub. It was after 10 and they were still running around. Would stay again.”

“What a horrible experience. Smug, condescending front desk. Extremely weak coffee in the restaurant (and when I asked for another pitcher, I was told 'it is what it is'.). The waitress did not come back to see if we wanted more water, if everything was ok,, etc. And no - it wasnt busy - only 3 tables were occupied. An emergeny came up, but they would not credit the missing day. The 'kid' actuallty laughed at my husband. Marriott has definitely gone downhill. It will be the last time I...
