Completely renovated in 2026, “StrandFein” is located right on the beautiful South Beach between the Burgtiefe marina and the long seaside promenade, which is perfect for relaxing walks. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, it’s pleasantly bright.
Free Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 50 Mbits is available.
A free, assigned parking space for your exclusive use is available in the parking lot in front of the building.
The building has an elevator, so you can easily reach the vacation apartment on the 1st floor even with heavy luggage.
The one-room apartment measures 34 m² and includes a living room/bedroom, a beautiful kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.
The apartment has a new built-in kitchen, which was enlarged during the 2026 renovation to accommodate a dishwasher, oven, induction stove with 4 burners, and a large refrigerator, while still providing ample counter space. Also included are: a coffee maker, toaster, all cooking utensils, an electric kettle, plenty of dishes, and much more.
The living/bedroom features a dining area with a view of the beautiful Baltic Sea. It also features a 180x200 cm bed with two gel/micro-spring core mattresses. A built-in closet with sliding doors, along with a dresser and two “towers,” provide ample storage space so you can easily stow your belongings and suitcases. A sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface measuring 148x195 cm and a high-quality foam mattress provides an additional comfortable sleeping option. Also included are a 50-inch LED smart TV and 50 Mbit/s Wi-Fi internet access.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Also provided: a heated towel rack and a hair dryer.
This comfortable apartment is allergy-friendly and fully equipped with tile flooring.
The “StrandFein” is equipped with convector heaters, so you can quickly heat the apartment at any time.
