Carritxo is a two-storey spacious Mallorcan rustic style house. The exterior is lined with stone and the interior has high ceilings with wooden beams.
From the entrance you reach the hall and the living room. At the other side of the hall is the dining room with a large table for 8 people and the open kitchen that has another table for breakfast. There is also a double bedroom a separate bathroom with a shower. Laundry room next to the kitchen.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed, has access to a terrace with panoramic views of the area. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. The bedrooms share two bathrooms with a bathtub. There are also two sitting areas with sofas; ideal to relax or enjoy reading.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms with following time table: 12h-16h / 20h-10h.

The exterior of the house is very well kept, with sun and shade areas where you can relax and enjoy a nice meal. It has a built-in barbecue and another large gas barbecue. Ping pong table, a swing for the children and an area to play pentanque lawn bowling.
