Benvenuti in questa bella casa rustica situata nella periferia di Cas Concos. Ha una capacità di 6 persone.

Gli esterni sono unici e con viste spettacolari. Dispone di aree paesaggistiche, una piscina di 50 m2 con lettini, un'area ping-pong, una veranda completamente attrezzata e un barbecue per gli amanti della cucina all'aperto.

La casa di 250 m2 distribuita su 2 piani, dispone di 4 camere da letto, una al piano terra e tre al primo piano. Una con un letto matrimoniale, una con due letti singoli; e due con letto singolo. È disponibile una culla e un seggiolone. Ci sono tre bagni che servono l'intera casa, uno sul barbecue, uno al piano terra e uno al primo piano.

Il soggiorno è molto accogliente, ha due divani, un tavolino e TV-Satellite. La cucina ha tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare senza alcun problema; In questo stesso spazio c'è un tavolo attrezzato con sedie. C'è una lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. Dispone di aria condizionata nelle camere matrimoniali.

La casa si trova a soli 2 km dalla bellissima città di Cas Concos, dove puoi trovare ciò di cui hai bisogno durante le tue vacanze: supermercati, centro medico, farmacia, bar e ristoranti. A 10 minuti in auto è possibile raggiungere diverse spiagge e calette paradisiache della costa orientale di Maiorca come Cala Mondragó. A 10 minuti di auto è anche possibile raggiungere la città turistica di Cala d'Or.

Our family spent an amazing few nights in May 2025, the location of the finca was perfect as it was fair enough away from any hustle and bustle but close enough to a choice of towns and villages for bars and restaurants in the evening.We loved the pool and outside kitchen and seating area, perfect for chilled afternoons in the sun.Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the villa could easily accommodate 6 adults or a couple of families.Maria and Juan were there to help with any questions and were amazing throughout and before arrival.Perfect few days in a truly beautiful home, thank you and hope to visit again soon

Das große Haus liegt quasi uneinsehbar am Ende eines Privatwegs. Man hat einen weiten Blick in die Landschaft und man hört nur Natur, jedenfalls nichts von Nachbarn oder Verkehr. Die Ausstattung ist optimal, der Pool riesig. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great stay in a fantastic house in a superb quiet part of paradise.. Maria and her husband are great hosts and the house has all the amenities you could wish for… Our family had a vacation feeling as from the 1st minute until we -regretfully- had to return to reality after 2 weeks.. A gem of a villa - beautiful quiet secluded position with wonderful views. Musical bird song - we heard a Scops owl and, we think, a hoopoe. Found a praying mantis and a swallowtail butterfly landed near the pool! Villa had everything you could possibly need and more - very comfortable beds and plenty of equipment, masses of space both inside and out, noodles for the pool, table tennis etc. Eating out at Can Mel in Cas Concos was very enjoyable. Maria and Juan were so welcoming and attentive.Would have loved to stay longer!

Wir waren 2 Wochen -leider während der Hitzewelle- in der Finca und waren dankbar für die klimatisierten Schlafzimmer und den Pool. Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet. Sogar ein Babyreisebett ist vorhanden. Maria und ihr Ehemann sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Finca weiterempfehlen.

Lovely secluded property with beautiful views. Location is slightly elevated so there are great views of surrounding countryside. Photos don’t do justice. Everything you need provided. Very friendly welcome. Short drives to beautiful beaches and harbours with good choice of restaurants. C’an Mel in nearby Cas Concos a lovely restaurant.

Die Villa hat eine super Ausstattung. Der Pool mit 10 m Länge lädt zum schwimmen ein. Es ist in der Villa alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Man kann in der Outdoorküche super grillen. Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei ihr in der Villa.

It’s the second time we’ve visited and we loved the villa just as much. The pool is a very generous size and offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills and mountains. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a family get together with indoor and outdoor kitchens- both very well equipped. In daytime we enjoyed reading and dipping in the pool; in the evenings we were taking in the views and enjoyed al fresco dining. The local town of sAlqueria Blanca has a charming bakery and a couple of bars (and a brilliant car mechanic who sorted out our flat tire!) but only 15 mins drive away is a very characterful town of Santanyi. Maria is a fantastic host and I recommend the villa to everyone!

Wir haben im Juli 2022 unseren Urlaub mit der Familie verbracht. (30 J. / 60 J. / 80 J.) Maria und Juan haben uns sehr freundlich am späten Abend empfangen und uns die gesamte Finca gezeigt. Der Check In war problemlos, auch mit Flugverspätung. Wir hatten wirklich noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Finca gebucht. Es war wirklich alles da, was man benötigt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht von der Finca ist fantastisch. Das Haus ist freistehend und man ist unter sich. Trotzdem ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Santanyi und kann morgens auf dem Wochenmarkt schlendern oder in Supermärkten (Lidl, Eroski) einkaufen gehen. Schöne Strände und Buchten findet man auch ganz in der Nähe. Voraussetzung ist bei dieser Buchung ein Mietwagen. Was wirklich toll und sehr praktisch ist, ist der Außenbereich mit Küche (mit Kühlschrank, Grill, Spüle). Fanden wir super. Der Pool ist groß und lädt zum relaxen ein. Es gibt genug Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auf den Betten haben haben gut geschlafen. Der Innenbereich ist auch sehr groß. Wir würden empfehlen, in der Beschreibung der Finca zu erwähnen, dass das untere Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat. Für uns war das aber kein Problem. Wenn wir dürfen, würden wir wiederkommen :) Danke für alles liebe Maria & Juan!

Wir haben im Juli 2020 für 12 Tage unseren Urlaub in der Finca verbracht. Empfangen wurden wir von den Eigentümern. Die Finca hat nach deren Information der Vater von Maria 1920 erbaut. Die Eigentümer sprechen Spanisch und ein wenig Englisch. Mit Hilfe von Google-Übersetzer war eine Kommunikation aber kein Problem. Beschreibung: Die Finca liegt am Ende eines Feldweges, als letzte von insgesamt drei Fincas, für andere nicht einsehbar. Man ist wirklich "unter sich" und hat einen sehr guten Ausblick auf die schöne Landschaft. Sie ist auffallend sauber und gepflegt. Im EG befinden sich der Wohn- und Essbereich mit ausreichend großer Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eine Dusche mit WC. Zudem ein kleines "Museum", wo Maria alte Haushaltsgegenstände ausgestellt hat. Im Obergeschoss sind nochmals zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Betten, das größere Bad mit Dusche und WC und ein Wohnbereich mit Ausgang zur Dachterrasse. Im Außenbereich befindet sich neben dem großen Pool mit Pooldusche der überdachte Grillbereich mit Sitzgruppe und zusätzlichem Kühlschrank. Zudem nochmals ein WC mit Dusche. Allgemein: Es sind viele Dinge vorhanden, die wir nicht hätten aus Deutschland mitbringen brauchen oder auf Mallorca kaufen mussten. So gibt es ausreichend Handtücher für die Bäder, Pool und Strand. Waschmittel und Tabs für die Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Spüli, Gewürze, Zucker usw.. Wir hatten sogar ein "Starterpaket" im Kühlschrank erhalten. Dabei waren Obst, Kaffeetabs, Bier und Wein. Geschirr und Besteck waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Insektenmittel waren ebenfalls dort. Ameisen gab es zwar wie üblich, aber nicht so stark vertreten und nervig wie wir es in anderen Fincas erlebt haben. Nur waren ab ca. 17:30 Uhr Mücken präsent. Sie waren relativ klein, die Stiche aber dafür tagelang am jucken und stark angeschwollen. Maria hat uns extra ein Antimückenspray geschenkt, was recht gut geholfen hat. Sie sagte uns, dass es ein saisonales Problem sei, da es zuvor viel geregnet habe. Die Eigentümer kamen nach vorheriger Anmeldung alle vier Tage morgens vorbei, reinigten den Pool und gossen die Pflanzen im Außenbereich. Alles in allem kann man die Finca uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub mit der Familie verbringen möchte. Schöne Strände, wie Es Trenc, S`Amarador oder Calò del Moro sind übrigens mit dem Mietwagen schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder kommen! :o)

First of all, the pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s a truly beautiful Mallorcan house where the owners have paid great attention to detail-no spoilers, just go and discover it for yourself. The layout of the house is great if you are sharing, affording each party a great deal of privacy. At the same time, you can all to different things whilst still feel you are there together. The outdoor kitchen is great for meals and having an extra fridge there is such a convenience. The property is very well equipped-everything you need is there so if you love cooking, you will love the kitchen. The pool is a great size and the views from the loungers make you want to stay at the villa all day long. Inflatables for the pool and ping pong table all make for great entertainment. Also, I absolutely loved how tranquil the place felt. Finally, getting there was easy with very clear instructions from the friendly hosts. I already miss this magical place and I would give it 10/10 as it surpassed all my expectations.
