CASA MAS - Villa with private pool in Felantix. Free WiFi

We welcome you to this house located in a mountain environment. It is a house with capacity for 4 people, equipped with swimming pool, where you can enjoy the tranquillity.
The exterior area is wonderful. The terrace is spot from which you won't want to move and enjoy long evenings al fresco. There is also a furnished porch. The private and chlorine pool is 8 x 4 meters and has a depth between 1.20m - 2m. You will find 4 sun loungers at your disposal to bask in the Mediterranean sun. Th whole property is surrounded by pine trees. This is a forest area so please note that you are not allowed to light fires, not only in the surroundings but also in the exterior of the house. But if you want to enjoy a delicious barbecue, you can use the electric barbecue instead.

The one-storey house has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. For smaller guests we will provide a cot and high chair. There are two bathrooms with tub that serve the whole house.
The living - dining area with open kitchen is functional. Pause for a moment and watch a movie on satellite TV or read a good book before cooking together your favourite dishes. The kitchen is well equipped and with gas cooker. There are a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Approx. 4 km from Felanitx, at the foot of a mountain, the house is a little off the beaten track, you will get to know the authentic Mallorca. Through a good transport connection you can reach both the coast with beautiful beaches and small coves, as well as the town of Felanitx and various sights, quickly and easily.

Schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Check in war sehr unkompliziert.Das Haus selber ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen von innen.Die Kücheneinrichtung war sehr sparsam.Der Kühlschrank die reinste Katastrophe,kalte Getränke kann man vergessen bei dem heißen Wetter.Es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ohne dem ist es nicht auszuhalten.Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen.Abends ist es schon sehr unheimlich.Das einzig gute war der Pool,von der Größe her optimal und wir hatten alle unseren Spaß.

Secluded and Private Villa

We rented Casa Mas for a week in June 2021. We were four adults - my parents, my brother and I. We knew the region well having visited the eastern coast of Mallorca on several occasions. The villa is secluded and offers great privacy. It is located at the top of a small hill surrounded by forest. Fantastic location! The property outside is stunning, with a genuinely nice and comfortable pool, a sun deck, and a terrace each with a table and chairs for four, sundecks, etc. The garden is perfect! The inside of the villa were fine... comfortable and basic. The main bedroom had a double bed, and the adjoining bedroom had two small single beds - probably better for younger kids (than adult kids). The kitchen was lacking some basic things, but we made it work :-) Due to the enclosed forest surrounding the villa fires (barbecues) were not allowed or possible, unfortunately. The villa presents a large garage with a second bathroom that could be upgraded to a great second master bedroom with an en-suite. At the moment, it is more a storage area, and I would not want to sleep on the 'couch-slash-beds'. So, this is where I would improve! But overall a great place to rent at a good rate! Wonderful garden and location! 10' drive from Portocolom and Felanitx!
