If you want to relax in a quiet environment, surrounded by countryside and with mountain views, this apartment in Son Mesquida welcomes 4 guests.
The outdoor areas of this charming rural property, surrounded by native vegetation, are a true oasis to enjoy the Mediterranean climate in a serene and authentic atmosphere. The focal point during the warmer months is the chlorine pool (10 x 5 m, depth from 1.70 to 1.80 m), shared with a single neighbor and equipped with child protection. Guests can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a refreshment at the outdoor table with open views. At the entrance area, another table invites you to a quiet reading moment, and behind it, there is a small chapel available to guests. Please note that privacy is partial due to the proximity of other residents.
The accommodation, featuring the typical style of Mallorcan estates with distinctive stone walls, has been designed to provide the desired rest. This apartment is laid out on a single floor and includes a kitchen equipped with gas hobs and all necessary utensils. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin), both with a fan, heating, and wardrobe. A full bathroom with a bathtub serves the space. Guests have access to a washing machine, and for those traveling with a baby, a cot and highchair are available upon request.
The location of Son Mesquida is unbeatable, set in a peaceful retreat with excellent road connections to key points. In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach Felanitx, a village appreciated for its traditional architecture and cobbled streets. A must-see is the Sanctuary of San Salvador, offering breathtaking panoramic views. If you prefer the sea, within just 20 minutes you’ll find turquoise coves such as Cala d'Or or Cala Mondragó. The local gastronomy is exceptional, with specialties like “frito mallorquín”, and the region is renowned for its wines.
For a smooth experience and to make the most of your stay, it is essential that guests have a private vehicle. The pool is available until 9:00 p.m. in July and August, and until 8:00 p.m. in September and October. Finally, please note that the estate is home to several cats, which are a familiar part of the surroundings.
