VILLA GARBA - Villa with private pool in Felanitx. Free WIFI

Beautiful 2-storey villa located in the countryside of Felanitx. It overlooks the countryside and it can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
It has a magnificent 10x4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.90m to 1.70m. Around the pool there are a total of 8 sun loungers and 1 umbrella where you can relax in the sun. The property has a total of 40m2 of paved area and 25m2 of lawn area, close to which there is also an orchard and fruit trees. Outside you will find 1 bricked grill in which you can prepare any dish that you propose. On its 30 m2 terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, you can spend great evenings with your family and friends.

The 240 m2 house is distributed over 2 floors where you will find: 1 bedroom with double bed, fan, oil heating and wardrobe, located on the ground floor; and on the 1st floor ther are 4 more bedrooms: 3 of them with 2 single beds each, and 1 with a double bed, all of them equipped with fan, oil heating and wardrobes. There's a baby cot and a high chair. It offers 4 bathrooms, 2 of them located on the ground floor with a shower, and 2 on the first floor with a bathtub, one of them en suite. The living-dining room is fully equipped with satellite TV and a fireplace; the living room communicates with the dining room, which is equipped with a table, 2 benches and chairs and air conditioning. The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare your favourite dishes without any problem. The laundry area, located in one of the bathrooms, has an iron, ironing board and a washing machine.

The house is very close to Felanitx, just 2.6 km away. Here, you will find all the basic services for your stay: bars, restaurants, local shops, supermarkets, medical center, banks, pharmacy, sports center, etc. It has good road communication with many points of interest and leisure. Just 15 km away you will find a wide variety of beaches and coves and also 15 km away you will find the Vall d'Or golf course. And for those fans of cycling, in the area you will find different routes.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältbid, nur die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in der Unterkunft. Die Außenanlage war super, schöner Pool und man konnte mit 10 Leuten draußen super sitzen. Bei der Übergabe war das Haus in einem Zustand, dass man nochmal ein wenig putzen musste. Sonst alles super, aber man muss für den Preis auch bei der Inneneinrichtung ein wenig Abstriche machen. Knarrende Betten und auch das Wohnzimmer lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Aber man ist ja sowieso eher viel draußen.

Villa vieillissante avec un manque d entretien

Il s agit d une villa avec beaucoup de potentiel mais qui est mal entretenue elle est vieillissante et devrait être mieux entretenue ainsi que les ustensiles a l intérieur de la maison. Cafetière qui ne marchait pas frigo qui fuyait et jardin non entretenu beaucoup de déchet autour de la Maison qui appartiennent au propriétaire

Decent, quiet base. Nice break, car essential.

Large villa which felt in the middle of nowhere but still only a few minutes away from a large supermarket and 15/20 mins away from the resort of Cala d'Or. Car is essential due to the location. No air conditioning in the bedrooms so they did get extremely hot, again, however, we were aware of this and there is air conditioning in the living area. The listing is slightly incorrect, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 twin and one double - both with bathrooms with baths, then there are 2 downstairs, one twin and one double and that bathroom has the shower and washing machine (no lock on this bathroom!) We had a few problems with the water / electricity however the owner was very prompt and came out to resolve right away. Overall, this was a nice villa, more dated than the pictures would have you believe but still a nice, functional villa that provides a good, quiet base. Pool was a good size, nice temperature and provided hours of fun for the children.
