“This was a perfectly adequate room. We slept well. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The vending machine left something to be desired. The property is beautiful and peaceful.”

“The hotel was lovely very nice room and spa facilities were good. Pool a bit small but perfect for a dip. Unfortunately the music from the reception area was booming all day and night so I got little to no sleep. Very disappointing when on a business trip and needing to be well rested the next day. By 11.30 pm I went to reception and asked them to turn it down. Originally I had thought it was some kind of disco from the restaurant it was so loud! “The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. “Tv was a nightmare! Huge screen but on Tuesday I couldn’t turn it off or mute it so had a terrible night. Emergency phone number didn’t respond. After new batteries it still wasn’t working properly. Needs a technician. I’m an elderly solo guest so really missed the tv. I have requested some financial compensation.”
