“My interracial family of three stayed here for one night following a long day of travel, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with silence by the front desk agent, Laura. Her unprofessional attitude and the unusually long check-in process made us feel incredibly unwelcome and uncomfortable.
