Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. The steps on the porch and hill are great, but getting into the lake is difficult for the really young or old. The beach steps could use a handrail. Inside the upstairs toilets should be replaced.
