“Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön. Ein sehr schöner Ausblick an der Vordeseite. Nur durch den Tag viel Verkehr. Und auch manchmal sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Sehr gut geschlafen. Kühlschrank war nicht kalt als wir ankamen. Gemeldet beim Personal und funktionierte wieder perfekt. Frühstück war gut nur manche Sachen dürften ein wenig mehr Nachschub bekommen. Ruhrei zum Beispiel. Ist ein älteres Hotel aber gemütlich.”

“Large clean room on front with view of river. Great hot buffet breakfast included. We were able to leave our bags with the hotel after checking out until 2 PM when we boarded a ship for our bicycling tour. Family owned: everyone very nice.”

“Overall a very nice stay. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night which we appreciated. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff were friendly. Decor was nice. Very conveniently located to train station and to the town highlights. They are strict about not getting your room before check-in at 3 pm which can be inconvenient depending on arrival schedules. There is no mini-fridge in the room nor a safe. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Große, moderne und sehr saubere Wohnung mit Küche. Es fehlte an nichts und ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Balkon und Aussicht vom Zimmer war ebenfalls vorhanden. Top!”

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...
