“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“Fantastic place. Best location. Good people,. Room was very comfortable. The town itself is the best place to be at to explore the Moselle valley regions. Why 4 stars? Like everywhere else in Germany, the AC was poor. Almost non existent. World over .. if the hotel says AC, it means it cools the room at night. Here I almost expected that it wont and it did not. Cant give 5 stars.”

“What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. The breakfast was beautifully displayed, included many special foods we’ve not encountered at other hotels and was delicious. The plentiful free parking made this stay easy and quite a value.
