“Super landing space for a first two-week stay transitioning countries. Vibey friendly neighborhood and comfortable pretty well-appointed apartment. Darker in real life than in photos with privacy and security shutters that can be opened by day. We didn’t in the end have our dogs with us but it would have been a reasonable place for them too, with a shared rough garden out in the back. Jonathan was responsive and helpful. Recommended for a short to medium-short stay. ”

“J’étais en séjour comme chercheur invité avec un bureau au sud de la ville et des rencontres sur le domaine universitaire. Tout était marchable depuis cet emplacement, avec la piste cyclable et le vélo passant devant l’immeuble. Deux petites épiceries et une boulangerie au coin de la rue, puis tous les commerces de commodité et le centre historique à 15 minutes de marche. Appartement très propre et pratique, tel que vu en ligne. Propriétaire sympathique et avenant, facile à rejoindre au besoin....

“Pas d'accueil par le propriétaire qui demeure dans la maison voisine.Pas de compassion par le propriétaire suite à deux évènements regrettables: bruits type rave party dans l'appartement du dessous une nuit entière, arrestation policière de dealers dans l'appartement du dessus. Ces 2 logements lui appartenant aussi. Équipement: remarque :pas de lavabo toilettes comme précisé dans l'annonce. ”
