“Internet was down during our stay. According to staff it was a global failure. Unacceptable! Parking no longer complimentary!”

We loved it and happy to know there's a great option should cancellation ever happen again. Food across the street open late and 24 hour shuttle service to and from MCO is perfect! We loved our very short stay!”

“The hotel was very clean as well as the room, and they have yoga equipment in the room. Online it says there is a pool but there in fact is no pool. There is a restaurant but only opened for breast and dinner. There’s a quick service store but no prices are listed and once I saw the bill it was very expensive ie $8 for a ham and cheese pre made deli sandwich. And the hold is $100 a night which I also thought was a bit high. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great and the drivers were...
