“We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. “Excellent location, beautiful setting. Clean and comfortable with a superb breakfast. Glass of wine, cookies & coffee available. Only downside was the train but the location close to restaurants & Fifth Street Market offset the horn at night.”

“Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up...

“10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. ”

“The motel property and lobby are tidy and well cared for by the owner, who is courteous. Our room was wonderfully clean and it felt refreshing after traveling. When staying at hotels, the cleanliness is always my top priority and this was very clean. We stayed here because we liked the character of the renovation and proximity to the airport. ”
