“The property is convenient to the airport and within easy driving distance of Eugene, markets, target, etc. It is, however, not in a very walkable area. The staff is wonderful, and the rooms and premises are kept extremely tidy. the rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable, clean, and modern. ”

“Beautiful historic house. Excellent breakfast. Walkable area with lots of food and entertainment options. The only thing we didnt like were the pillows-- very small and flat-- seems to be the standard for hotels lately, so I didnt deduct from the rating.”

“The room was clean, and renovated. It wasn't as close to Hults Center as listed. We had thought we'd walk to our event, but decided it was farther than we wanted to venture. The only odd thing, was that check in was outside the lobby instead of inside. The clerk as very nice though.”

“We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river.
