The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for home-cooked meals, featuring all essential appliances, cookware, oil, salt, pepper, and even a coffee grinder with a taster jar of freshly roasted local beans. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for six, or grab a quick bite at the bar with three stools.

The two well-appointed bedrooms offer plenty of room and storage. One features a king-size bed, while the second includes two double beds, making this space ideal for families or small groups. Both rooms include large closets for all your gear.

The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, stackable washer and dryer, and is stocked with fluffy towels, tissues, a hair dryer, and locally made soap and shampoo/body wash—bringing in a touch of Fernie’s local charm.

Outside, you’ll find a long private balcony with stunning mountain views. From here, a staircase leads to the shared outdoor hot tub, where you can relax under the stars after a full day of skiing, biking, or hiking.

Guests also have access to communal ski storage and a shared lounge area in the building.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
