The first shops are 5km away, offering an ideal proximity to make the most of your stay.<br><br>The garden of the house is a real haven of peace, perfect for a relaxing afternoon or an evening barbecue, it has a large shed with garden furniture. And for those who come by car, you can easily park on site thanks to the dedicated parking inside the property.<br><br>As soon as you enter the house, you will be greeted by a large farmhouse table for 10 people, to the right of this room a comfortable lounge area with 2 sofa beds that can accommodate 4 additional beds, as well as a TV for moments of relaxation between two outings. <br><br>The equipped and equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare good meals with ease, with an oven, fridge, freezer, hob and various cooking utensils.<br><br>The first floor also houses a sleeping area, ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Here you will find a small, comfortable bedroom with a single bed (90x190).<br>A bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.<br><br>Upstairs, two bedrooms welcome you for restful nights after your busy days. The first bedroom has a large double bed (160x200), a single bed (90x190) and a baby cot ideal for a family.
