Staff were wonderful. Our climate control was not working and an engineer came up to fix it within minutes of us reaching out. Unfortunately our fridge/freezer stopped working overnight and ruined some food, but we didn’t notice it in time to let them know. The common areas are unique and appealing ...

The room was excellent, although we had to request twice for our room to be cleaned. We stayed for 3 consecutive days. Over the next year I will require approx 40 days accommodation in Burlington so I want to make sure everything is right.
