A beautiful apartment strategically located in the port of Ferrol, in the well-known Ferrol Vello neighborhood. Ferrol Vello, the city’s quintessential seaside neighborhood, marks the start of the English Way to Santiago de Compostela and serves as the gateway to the city. Exploring the entire city, visiting some of its most iconic landmarks, and enjoying excellent cuisine are just a few of the benefits this neighborhood offers.



This apartment is rented out in its entirety and will be fully available to our guests.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This accommodations are heated by a catalytic heater, which is available from November through April. In light of the climate and social emergency, we are committed to responsible use and aim to be part of the solution, not the problem. Our city has an oceanic climate, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6°C to 15°C. The maximum consumption covered by the rate is limited to one gas cylinder every 4–5 days, depending on the weather. Guests can choose the operating schedule based on their living habits. It’s important to understand that heating a place like ours is not the same as heating a smaller space, such as a hotel room (15 m²).

We do not have a 24-hour front desk, so a couple of days before your arrival, you must provide the host with an approximate arrival time (always between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.). You must also be punctual when checking out of the apartment (by 11:00 a.m. at the latest), as the cleaning service arrives at that time to ensure the apartment is left in pristine condition for the next guests. There is a “late check-in” service available from 9:00 PM until 11:00 PM at the latest, for an additional fee of 20, which will be charged when you pick up the keys

Getting around Ferrol by car is easy, but if you’d rather not use your car, there’s also good public transportation available. In any case, when staying in our apartment, you’ll hardly need it, as it’s located just a 5-minute walk from downtown and the area’s main tourist attractions.

The apartment has been recently renovated with a charming nautical decor, reflecting the neighborhood where it’s located. The apartment is in a quiet building home to just a few families. It features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with twin beds, a living-dining room, a kitchen, and a full bathroom.

The owner won’t be present, but a professional host will be available to assist guests with whatever they need—whether it’s an emergency (a breakdown, damage, etc.) or to provide tourist information and local recommendations ;)
