Great staff, amazing with my young lad. Only stayed for one night but they were very helpful. Special shout to the receptionist I think his name was Timothy, (apologies if wrong) he was great. We were Derby fans and came to see the Norwich match and he was so helpful with parking tips and planning. ...

Another livery stay at the Dragonfly. The best thing about this hotel is the price and close proximity to Bury St Edmund’s town centre. The staff were very attentive and the rooms clean and comfortable. Lots of free parking and fast taxi service. It doesn’t have lots of amenities like swimming pool, ...

Ok, peccato per la moquette sporca
Camera nella media e bagno più che confortevole. Putroppo ingresso e corridoi, ma anche la camera, sono un po' maleodoranti . Probabilmente il problema è nato dalla giornata di pioggia e dal calpestare la moquette con le scarpe bagnate /sporche
