“Place is okay not best condition. However the staff were excellent with services and made sure we had everything we needed. They helped us with our luggages all the time, and also made sure we got to the Riad safely even tho we arrived midnight. ”

“Il Riad in sé x sé è molto bello e curato, ha il parcheggio ed è fuori dal caos della Medina, cmq a 5 min di macchina da lì. Sembrerebbe tutto ok fino a quando ci dicono che nella nostra prenotazione non è compresa né la colazione né l uso della piscina, quando invece nel mio voucher erano chiaramente compresi. Per l uso della piscina ci hanno chiesto 20 euro a testa al giorno, e x la colazione 10 euro a testa, ovviamente da noi rifiutati. Non ci hanno nemmeno rifatto la camera e portato nuovi...

“Hasan made sure we were well taken care of. He helped with luggage carrying toand from our check in and check out. He ensured breakfast was ready on time and even packed and gave us breakfast on the day we were leaving since we left super early. He also helped with recommendations for things to do in and around the medina. The room was clean, cozy, and just enough for thwme 2 of us. “Our favorite Riad while we were in Morocco! Excellent location to see the Medina and Old Town. All within walking distance. Service was top notch, the host gave excellent recommendations for food, sight seeing and provided a delicious breakfast each morning. The room was beautiful, mosaic tile work everywhere, clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!”
