Hello travellers! Welcome to our spacious apartment in the heart of Fgura. Ideal for families or groups!

Our home features 3 large bedrooms, one of which having a furnished balcony, perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Whether you're here for leisure or business, our apartment provides the perfect home base for your Maltese adventure!

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Living Room | The cozy living area is designed for your comfort, complete with a sofa and a smart TV for entertainment. It’s the perfect space to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Kitchen | The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, to make meal preparation easy and enjoyable. There’s also a dining area where everyone can gather for meals. Making it perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Front Balcony | This private open-air balcony at the front offers a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee with views of the surrounding neighbourhood.

Bedrooms | The apartment includes three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed with private access to a furnished back balcony, perfect for relaxing.

The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for friends or family.

Plenty of storage space is provided in all rooms.

Bathrooms | The apartment has two modern bathrooms, both with walk-in showers. One is an ensuite in the master bedroom, while the second bathroom is available for all guests.

The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer, ensuring you have all the conveniences of home during your stay.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Fgura, making it ideal for guests who want to explore by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes away from the apartment. You can visit the 'Malta Public Transport' website to check routes and timetables. Tickets can be purchased directly from the driver.

While Fgura is inland, it's still easy to reach Malta’s coastal areas or main attractions by bus. For a scenic break, we recommend visiting the nearby Three Cities or Valletta, both accessible by bus and ferry.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, popular services in Malta include 'Bolt,' 'e-cabs,' and 'Uber,' all of which can be booked via app.

For those renting a car, parking in Fgura is generally free and easier to find compared to busier areas, but during peak times, you may need to park a little further from the apartment.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
