“This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach.”

“We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great. The host was very fast and clear in responses.”

It was a huge plus that our teenage boys each had their own beds! The property grounds are beautiful, and the pool was fantastic. We loved that the beach is just a short walk away. “Perfect studio for my wife and I. Check in was easy, communication was great. For the price you couldn’t expect better.”

“Fantastic place loved it thanks!”

As other guests have noted, the surrounding area is not particularly appealing, and in its present state I found it unsuitable for walking any distance beyond the gated community. The nearby beach and town are technically close, but the route is not realistically walkable and the...

“Great place, thanks so much!”

“This property has all the things - a beach front, great view, great quiet location, and wonderful amenities. A week here would be great to relax - a full kitchen to cook, laundry, and all the fixin’s for going to the beach to help you. What a great place! We hope to visit again!”
