There are two beautifully presented bedrooms, a spacious master double and a cosy twin, both thoughtfully decorated with calming tones and soft furnishings to create a restful environment. The sleek, contemporary shower room features a large rainforest shower.

Low Tide is ideal for guests travelling with dogs, offering pet-friendly accommodation just minutes from Filey’s beach – a five-mile stretch of sand where both ends welcome dogs all year round. The middle section is also dog-friendly outside the summer season. A lovely 10-minute walk to the beach takes you past St Oswald’s Church and through a small woodland, offering a peaceful start to your seaside day.
