  • Beautiful detached, light and airy coastal cottage with balcony and seaview near the beach path and swimming pool and part of The Bay Holiday Village - ideal for family holidays with private driveway!

    This is one of the largest 2 bedroom properties on The Bay Filey and is arguably one of the best located with stunning views and facilities!

    Enter into a generously proportioned hallway with WC / cloakroom. Walk into the 'L' shaped open plan living, dining and kitchen area with wood-burner stove, sofas for 4 and SMART TV, dining table for 4 and modern fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Off the dining area French doors lead onto a private south facing furnished patio, ideal for outside relaxing with seating for 4 with lawned area.

    Upstairs the master bedroom includes a king-size bed, TV and luxury en-suite with bath and rainfall shower over, cosy seating area and french doors to a stunning full width balcony (south facing with furniture) with views to the sea and Bempton Cliffs.

    The second bedroom has 2 full size single beds with TV and en-suite with walk in overhead rainfall shower.

    The log burner makes Bumblebee Cottage warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

    This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Half term week away

We are regular victors as a family to The Bay, Filey each year. However, this was our first time at Bumblebee Cottage. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children. The home was exactly as seen in the pictures. Clean throughout and the decor providing a cosey, warm and modern home from home experience. We had everything we needed as a family. Lots of books, games and films for the kids as well as the adults. Sitting out in the garden is very private and we enjoyed sitting out in the sun eating as a family. The balcony off the main bedroom became a welcome escape for some peace looking out to incredible views. Thank you to the owners for such a lovely home and we hope to be back again soon.
