Welcome to Sunset Cottage - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.

This cottage has been partially refurbished including new bathroom and kitchen, new dining furniture, replacement carpets, replacement radiators etc as well as the addition of a sun trap patio to the front of the property.

Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.

Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with corner sofa, SMART TV, dining room (sits 4) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.

Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Sunset cottage also features a sunny patio to the front - ideal for enjoying drinks on summer evenings.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
