Welcome to The Wagging Wave - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.

Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.

Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with 2 leather sofas (one a sofa bed for a 5th guest), SMART TV, dining room (sits 4) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer and other appliances.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with a family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.

Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio with brick BBQ, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
