We question about our reservation, thought possibly we didn't request the correct room but we did. The office manager said it was only used by 2 "old lady's from California". Yet there was a cigarette ash tray on the tray with the coffee,water glasses etc. We used Expedia for the last 2 weeks while on vacation... very disappointed with this place. Plus the TV doesn't work unless the office does something...

The room was quiet, bright and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also well lit and clean. Breakfast was a buffet and the eating area was wide open and spacious. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn.”
“The location is good. Right of the freeway. The the girl at the check in desk was not very informative. I guess she's just assumed that we knew where the breakfast was and what time it was served and where the ice was. She seemed disconnected from helping guests. The room was fairly clean. Except for the ice bucket life. It had some sort of dirt on it I physically cleaned it. I took pictures of it. The room it self really lacked maintenance. There was water damage right by the toilet and sink....
