This renovated, compact finca is nestled amidst lush greenery between the small towns of Calonge and Es Carritxo. Shops, banks, bars, and restaurants can be found in Calonge, just 2 km away. The popular tourist resort of Cala D'Or, with its shopping streets, beaches, vibrant nightlife, and superb marina, is only a 10-minute drive away. For culinary delights, the typical Mallorcan restaurant "Sa Farinera" is just 1 km away.
The holiday home Can Batlet is a renovated and newly furnished finca. The beautifully landscaped grounds feature a garden, a lovely terrace, and a private pool. An external staircase leads to the entrance on the first floor, which opens directly into the open-plan living and dining area, including the American-style kitchen. All three bedrooms are furnished with double beds and each has an en-suite bathroom, some of which are fully integrated into the bathroom design. The ground floor is unoccupied and locked.

Finca Can Batlet is a beautifully renovated and newly furnished finca. A long, covered terrace near the pool offers a lovely barbecue and dining area. The 9 x 4 meter pool is heart-shaped and partially borders a beautiful lawn.
