Beautiful and welcoming property for a group of families or friends looking to have a wonderful time. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with great yard and lakeshore. Fun to be had on Big Pine Lake. Summer fishing and swimming. Winter wonderland with snowmobile trails nearby and ice fishing

If we could give more stars we would. Loved our weekend away here. Beautiful home in a beautiful area. We will be back! Our family/friends weekend turned to goal for an annual getaway. The guys fished, we got to unwind and enjoy the amazing location.

There was more than enough space for our family of six and one dog. The openness of the main living area was fantastic. We could all be in the same room or we could retreat to our own space. The thing I loved most was the view of the lake from every window. The family of loons that frequently passed by the property made it perfect. The yard was spacious and flat, plenty of space for yard games. Sitting in a camp chair by the fire pit with a book and the breeze blowing was incredibly relaxing. It was very easy to make our own meals, the kitchen had plenty of space and was well equipped. Dinners together don't happen often anymore due to everyone's busy schedules, so to be at the table as a family was so special. Thank you, Allie and Mike, for sharing your space. It was just what me and my family needed!

Great location on a good fishing lake. The yard was very big and far enough away from the neighbors to enjoy some private family time. Cabin was spotless and had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Check in process was a breeze. Live our stay!

Beautiful lake home

Wonderful property with great amenities and lake access. The yard space was very large, we did not feel crowded with neighbors like other properties nearby looked. The place was stocked with just about anything you may need in the kitchen, peddle boat available to use, 2 docks on the property, games in the basement. We brought some yard games and there was never any issues with there being enough room to play them while others could still have room to do other things. Sleeping in the upstairs room with the skylight was nice waking up to. There were 6 of us plus we brought a dog with us and there was a fenced in dog area, we also brought a very long rope and he was able to be leashed with us when we were sitting out there. We would definitely use this property again! Very beautiful and spacious

Second Stay As Good as the First

Yearly Family Vaca

Great location! Being right on the lake with beautful views and fishing off the dock was a bonus!! Perfect for our needs with 6 adults and 2 dogs. Very relaxing! Will definitely revisit. We must also say that if you don't have a boat yourself, we would recommend renting from Waldheim Resort, its less than 5 mins away from this great property.

WOW! What a great property and setup, Great flat lot, beautiful views from the deck and lower indoor bar area. Such a cool place for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends! Michael & Allie were so accommodating, they were also super helpful and flexible with last minute changes! We will be back!

Spacious and beautiful get-a-way!

Wonderful home with TONS of space to accomodate a large family/group. Clean, stocked well, nice ammenities and right on the lake. What more can you ask for?!?. Highly recommend this lovely home for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and capture the quiet of nature.

Relaxing weekend

We had a great stay Labor Day weekend. This property has a great backyard right on the lake with a great view. It was nice being able to access our boat and use our kayaks right from the property. We enjoyed our campfires at night and being able to relax. It was also fun to play some ping pong and air hockey too. The house was clean and spacious. The spiral staircase to go upstairs may be harder for elderly to use but there is a bedroom downstairs. It was fine for our family. Note there are skylights in upstairs bedrooms so you will enjoy early morning light. We liked having use of the fenced dog area but wish the grass would have been mowed in there like the rest of the yard. Allie was very helpful to answer our last minute questions. We would highly recommend others to stay here.

Great property!

This property is beautiful. But you need to pack for your needs it doesn’t have the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.The kitchen is great but no blender or potato masher to mention some. If you like specifics, bring your own stuff it is worth the extra packing. This property is family friendly. It does have a great open space but the spiral case is tight, so think about it if you have issues going up stairs which the two secondary bedrooms are upstairs. This property is well worth it! You would not regret staying here. The outdoor space will blow your mind.

Ahhh..up North

Our stay at Camp Big Pine was really special for our family vacation and Birthday celebration. Mike and Allie have done a great job setting up the lake home to be comfortable for the up North experience...fishing, boating, swimming, relaxing and of course, S'mores! The eagles and loons were sharing the lake with us and so beautiful to see and hear. We've been talking about how nice it would be for a winter get-away too. Beauty, peace and quiet in any season. We'd love to come back!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home has plenty of space. The kids loved playing air hockey and swimming off the dock. The fenced in area for our dog was a great extra feature too. There are skylights in the 2 bedrooms upstairs to be aware of. This means they stay light a bit later in the evening and light up early in the morning.

A Slice of Heaven

Loved, loved, loved this place. Super quiet, beautifully laid out, well stocked (except for a wine opener - but Allie/Mike had friends deliver one to me - by boat! Now that's going above and beyond). If you want to go out to dinner, you're going to have to drive a piece, but having the best lot on the lake, and the quiet and solitude makes that an easy tradeoff.

Spacious stay with great location

We enjoyed our short getaway to this spacious and well-stocked cabin. Allie and Mike were quick to answer our call when we needed help to check in. The view from the deck was great and we love how close the lake was. Cellular connection was spotty for us but we made it work. Thank you for having us!
