“We spent two nights here . Overall had good experience . Except First morning at 8:20 am breakfast area was chaos . They ran out of milk , only one container had cereal , no breads, no fruits . We asked staff to refill they said they don’t have milk and fruits, they gave container with oat milk partially filled . “My husband and I loved our stay at The Chattanoogan and would return. It is within easy walking distance of great restaurants (try The Feed Company!) and a short drive from other restaurants and attractions. My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff did a poor job of cleaning. When we retired to a "clean" room there were hairs in the sink, the toilet paper roll had not been refreshed, and, while this is really nitpicky, the cord to the hairdryer was sticking out of the drawer. “Clean room, spacious room since we did the suite. I just wished we had more storage space for clothes but we used the bar where the microwave was for our clothes and made it work for us . Friendly staff. Would stay there again! Easy walk to Aquarium and children’s museum.”
