Bellissimo cottage moderno in La Casa Resort

Moderna nuova costruzione (2016) Cottage in La Casa Resort. Cottage ben arredato, funzionale e ben fornito per 8 persone.

La Casa è un luogo di vacanza ideale per le famiglie, con piscine, vasche idromassaggio, campi da tennis / pallavolo, beach volley, parco acquatico e mini golf, ristorante e minimarket.

C'è un'area privata sul lungolago e un varo in barca a 5 minuti a piedi dal Cottage. Stessa distanza in salita sono i principali servizi del resort.

Un breve tragitto in auto verso sud porta ai famosi vigneti della regione. Per l'inverno, le stazioni sciistiche di Silverstar e Big White sono ciascuna un'ora di distanza.

Il cottage è ottimo per i bambini in quanto è dotato di un passeggino fuoristrada (Chariot Cougar), una bici da corsa e un paio di biciclette per bambini e uno scooter. C'è un lettino pieghevole per i più piccoli e un kayak per il lago (per adulti).

Il grande ponte ha un pozzo del fuoco e barbecue con zone relax e sala da pranzo, parzialmente coperto offre un ottimo spazio per mangiare fuori la sera o godere di qualche ombra durante il giorno. Il ponte al piano superiore fuori dalla camera soppalcata ha una vista incantevole ed è un luogo ideale per godersi il sole. Giardino paesaggistico con tavolo bistrò francese a 2 posti per prendere il sole della sera.

Garage molto grande collegato con lavatrice / asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro.

Il soggiorno è super confortevole con Smart / TV via cavo con pacchetto sportivo. Hi speed wi-fi e caminetto a gas. Anche giochi e libri sono qui. Firma il libro degli ospiti con storie, ricette e avventure.

La cucina è davvero ben fornita. È importante sottolineare che - il caffè ha 3 opzioni di stampa francese, macchina per caffè espresso o macchina Keurig.

Family Friendly

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is ideal for families with children. The access to the lake at the Marina made our day of water play wonderful! The home is very nice and the rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The drive from Kelowna is a bit tricky for some of our family members. Coming back from Kelowna, we saw a bear; it bolted out in front of us and up the mountain side! Several times, we enjoyed watching deer in the yards around us. We did find the garbage and recycling at the top of the upper loop and noticed others attempting to walk - until they realized it was at the very, very top of the resort! Overall, super nice place with more amenities than we had time to take advantage of!

Beautiful place to spend vacation time

Nice cottage and awesome amenities. First time for us in the area so it was a bit challenging for us to drive there from the airport in the middle of the night; the road was dark and ziczac. Would love to have some basic care products stocked up. shampoo

Lovely cottage

We had a fabulous stay at this cottage. It was roomy enough for my family of six, easy access to the lake and lower pool, well stoked and very clean. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home

This is our second stay at La Casa. Absolutely beautiful spot. Mathew was more than accomadating and the house was excellent for our needs. The two tier deck was amazing to get out of the sun yet still be outside. Highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon.

Beautiful- the best holiday

We had the most amazing time. The property was clean and tidy. Matt was fantastic as well and communicating with us to check the temperature and that everything was ok as it was super hot when we were there. He even did a special Delivery of floaties to help with the heat. Really can’t fault it. We all want to go back!

We loved our stay here! The cottage is well stocked and beautifully decorated. The owner did a great job of communicating with us and updating us with relevant new info. The amenities were awesome! The market is stocked, the pool is great and the beach was the highlight for sure! We’d be delighted to stay here again!

Good holiday

Matt was very easy to work with and his place was in really good condition and perfect for 2 families with small children. Well stocked with everything needed. Beds were some of the best we have had in a VRBO and was really comfortable. Having blinds for all the upstairs windows was great for making the loft area usable for getting the kids to bed in the evenings. Additionally, having access to the garage to store tubes, water toys and extra drinks made life easier. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Great week away

The house was very clean and well equipped even for two families of 4. Has one of the nicest patios in the community and is an easy walk to the beach, marina and lower pool area.

Great Place to stay!!

We had a fabulous time at La Casa. The house was in a great location and Matt was great in dealing with the a/c issue which was quickly resolved. The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils used for cooking. The deck was so nice to sit and watch the sunset. The resortoffers so much and a great place for families. Will definitely be back! Thanks Matt!

Christmas in July

We've been coming to LaCasa for quite a few years now as have family there. Now with everybody growing up and moving on, Christmas is hard to do together so we been celebrating it in July. Beautiful mountain side cottage

Beautiful mountain-side cottage! The place had everything we could possibly need and more besides, it was furnished with new and modern decor, and the huge bbq and propane fire pit on the covered balcony was perfect for kicking back and relaxing with a glass of wine in the evenings, no matter what the weather. This was one fantastic feature that set this cottage apart from all the others, in our opinion. We would love to go back someday! The community within which the cottage is situated is gated, very safe, and peacefully quiet. The owner went out of his way to accommodate us and provided excellent information about the property for our smooth and seem less arrival. Staying here was a wonderful experience!
