From a dirty room (beer bottle and trash behind the fridge), to very rough sheets and towels, to lack of an ice machine on the property (I was told to go buy ice at the local minimart), to lack of basic amenities in the room (had to ask for tissues, an iron, and hangers- per instructions in the room), and an incredibly loud A/C unit, I didn’t get a moment’s rest. For what they charged, they should be embarrassed.”
