“We had a very nice three day stay. We received a complimentary upgrade on our room on our arrival. The room overall was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was firm which I like. The pillows were a bit too soft. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. We will stay here again.”

“I won’t be staying here again. The original room I was assigned was in a dark hallway in a first floor corner of the hotel, no other rooms nearby.
