“Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Sehr sauber und auch der Poolbereich ist ansprechend. Abzug gibt es lediglich für den Raucherbereich. Ich weiß, dass Rauche nicht gesund ist, aber wenn man schon nur in einer bestimmten Zone Rauchen darf, wäre es schön, wenn es doch auch Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt und nicht nur eine Defekte Bank.”

“Tons of people smoking weed out front of their rooms. Found tons of bed bugs in each of our beds. Other people hair caught in the sheets and other places of the room. Definitely wasn’t expecting a resort, but this place is sketchy and dirty. Ended up leaving with my family and found a different hotel.”

Shower curtain only gives about 70% coverage. Really poor selection at breakfast. Fairly rowdy crowd on weekend evenings. Large water slides only open about 4 hours a day. This fact hits harder when they take on over $30 a night beyond their advertised price as a "resort" fee when the only thing...

“No staff on site conditions were dirty ”

“There’s no one at the front desk. They gave us a code. The code did not work. Eventually a staff pass by and open with a key. We text and call to get a working code and never got a hold of anyone. We could not leave the room or we would be lock out. No hot shower. German cockroaches everywhere. And a horrible bad. Again… you can’t complain as they will not answer phone or text. Save your self a headache. Do not stay here.”
