Welcome to Lake Haven Lodge, a 5,900 sq. ft. mountain-modern estate in Fish Haven. This private retreat sleeps up to 40 guests across 7 bedrooms and features elegant gathering spaces, a gourmet kitchen, private hot tub, and on-site pickleball court. Just minutes from Bear Lake, North Beach, and golf, it offers refined comfort, sweeping views, and the perfect setting for reunions, retreats, and unforgettable group getaways year-round.

Lake Haven Lodge spans 5,900 sq. ft. of mountain-modern design, offering expansive living areas with soaring ceilings, stone fireplaces, and natural wood finishes. The gourmet kitchen is fully appointed with high-end appliances and ample dining space for large groups. Eight thoughtfully arranged bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 40 guests, including two master suites with private ensuites and spacious bunk rooms designed for families.

The lower level is made for gathering, with a large game and lounge area perfect for movie nights or play. Step outside to enjoy a private hot tub, outdoor seating, and your very own pickleball court, all surrounded by mountain and lake views.

Step outside and enjoy amenities designed for both relaxation and play. Soak in the private hot tub while taking in the mountain scenery, or gather around the wood-burning fire pit OR gas fire pit for evenings under the stars. The lodge also features a full-size pickleball court with a basketball hoop, perfect for friendly competition. Expansive outdoor seating and open space make it easy to dine, relax, and enjoy the fresh Bear Lake air.

Guests will have full access to the entire lodge and its amenities, including the private hot tub, fire pit, and pickleball/basketball court. A spacious driveway provides ample parking, and the garage is available for guest use. The property is designed to accommodate large groups with ease, offering plenty of room for vehicles, trailers, and outdoor gear.

Guests will enjoy easy self check-in with a personalized code. Our team is available if you need anything during your stay, but otherwise the lodge is completely yours to enjoy in privacy.

Lake Haven Lodge is nestled within the private community of Fish Haven, offering both seclusion and convenience. Just minutes from the turquoise shores of Bear Lake, you’ll have quick access to North Beach, Bear Lake State Park, and the Bear Lake West Golf Course. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, surrounded by mountain views and open skies, making it the perfect setting for relaxation after days spent boating, hiking, or exploring.

The lodge is best reached by car, with a spacious driveway and garage providing plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. The home’s private Fish Haven location makes it easy to explore the area by car—whether heading to Bear Lake’s beaches, nearby golf, or mountain trails.

In the winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended for safe travel on snowy roads.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow the rules below:

No smoking inside the home
No pets allowed unless approved in advance
No parties or events without prior written permission
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times
🔥 Hot Tub Rules & Policy
We’re happy to offer the hot tub for your enjoyment! To keep it clean and safe for all guests, please follow these guidelines:

Shower before use to rinse off lotions, oils, and dirt
No glass in or near the hot tub
No food, soaps, or bubbles allowed in the water
Do not sit, stand, or place objects on the hot tub cover
Always re-cover the hot tub when not in use to retain heat and protect it from debris
🚨 Important: If the hot tub is left in a condition that requires a drain and refill (e.g., excessive dirt, foreign objects, or misuse), an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
